My journey began with a promise, inspired by supporting a loved one with Huntington’s Disease — an experience that sparked my passion for providing care that truly makes a difference.
Today, I lead Client Care First with a deep commitment to inclusion, collaboration, and empowering people with disabilities to live fulfilling, dignified lives.
As a Registered Nurse, I support clients with everything from everyday health needs to complex conditions, combining clinical expertise with a caring, empowering approach.
Outside of work, I enjoy bushwalking, snorkelling, camping, horse-riding, reading fiction, watching movies, playing ping pong with my family, and taking my two German shepherds to the off-leash beach.
As a Finance Manager, I love numbers, spreadsheets and making sense of the details that help businesses thrive.
When I’m not balancing budgets, I’m busy balancing life as a proud mum of two. I love lacing up my running shoes and hitting the pavement for fresh air and a clear mind. Whether it’s in finance, family or fitness, I’m always up for a good challenge and a chance to keep moving forward.
With over a decade of experience in the Community Service sector, I’m deeply committed to providing compassionate, high-quality care and support to participants and their families. My diverse background - from Support Worker to NDIS Training Facilitator, Local Area Coordinator and Care Services Coordinator - gives me a well-rounded, empathetic understanding of the needs and goals of those I support.
I’m a friendly and empathetic HR Officer who loves supporting the team with care and a genuine passion for helping others grow. I bring compassion and understanding to everything I do, creating a space where everyone feels supported and valued.
Outside of work, I recharge by spending time in nature, going on peaceful walks - and most importantly - making memories with my kids and family.
I’m a dedicated and dynamic coordinator, driven by passion, precision and a people-first approach. As the lead behind staff rosters, I ensure every detail runs smoothly - creating organised, engaging experiences for clients while supporting my team with empathy and energy.

Outside of work, I’m a proud dad to two amazing girls and love spending quality time with them.
I’m the friendly face at the front desk and the go-to person behind the scenes, keeping things organised and making sure the office runs like clockwork. I love supporting the team and helping visitors feel welcome.
