My journey began with a promise inspired by supporting a loved one with Huntington’s Disease - an experience that sparked my passion for providing care that truly makes a difference. Today, I lead Client Care First with a deep commitment to inclusion, collaboration, and empowering people with disabilities to live fulfilling, dignified lives.

JEMA-LEE

Registered Nurse

As a Registered Nurse, I support clients with everything from everyday health needs to complex conditions, combining clinical expertise with a caring, empowering approach. Outside of work, I enjoy bushwalking, snorkelling, camping, horse-riding, reading fiction, watching movies, playing ping pong with my family, and taking my two German shepherds to the off-leash beach.

Compliance and Operations Manager

As a mum of three, I’ve mastered the art of gentle nagging - perfect for keeping things running smoothly as an Operations and Compliance Manager! I love working with people with disabilities, supporting them in reaching their goals, and feel proud to be part of the caring, passionate team at Client Care First.

Finance Manager

As a Finance Manager, I love numbers, spreadsheets and making sense of the details that help businesses thrive. When I’m not balancing budgets, I’m busy balancing life as a proud mum of two. I love lacing up my running shoes and hitting the pavement for fresh air and a clear mind. Whether it’s in finance, family or fitness, I’m always up for a good challenge and a chance to keep moving forward.

Participant Manager

With over a decade of experience in the Community Service sector, I’m deeply committed to providing compassionate, high-quality care and support to participants and their families. My diverse background - from Support Worker to NDIS Training Facilitator, Local Area Coordinator and Care Services Coordinator - gives me a well-rounded, empathetic understanding of the needs and goals of those I support.

Human Resources Officer

I’m a friendly and empathetic HR Officer who loves supporting the team with care and a genuine passion for helping others grow. I bring compassion and understanding to everything I do, creating a space where everyone feels supported and valued. Outside of work, I recharge by spending time in nature, going on peaceful walks - and most importantly - making memories with my kids and family.

Rosters Officer

I’m a dedicated and dynamic coordinator, driven by passion, precision and a people-first approach. As the lead behind staff rosters, I ensure every detail runs smoothly - creating organised, engaging experiences for clients while supporting my team with empathy and energy.

Facilities & Accounts Officer

I love being part of the team and coming to work each day, where I help with everything from accounts and maintenance to solving problems and being the go-to master key keeper! When I’m off the clock, I’m all about family, friends and my five wonderful grandkids — my greatest joy and the best kind of chaos.

I’m passionate about creating meaningful connections and delivering tailored support to the people we work with. With a background in aged and disability care and experience as a Support Coordinator, I bring a person-centred approach to everything I do. Administration and Office Assistant

I’m the friendly face at the front desk and the go-to person behind the scenes, keeping things organised and making sure the office runs like clockwork. I love supporting the team and helping visitors feel welcome. When I’m not at work, you’ll usually find me enjoying the beach or spending time with my friends.

Team Leader - Restrictive Practices

I’m proud to be part of the CCF team, where I help create a safe and supportive environment by contributing to ethical, person-centred care through my work with restrictive practices in the NDIS. When I’m not behind the scenes helping things run smoothly, I enjoy spending time with my husband and family.
