PALLIATIVE CARE

Our approach to palliative care is centred on dignity, comfort and compassion. We understand that end-of-life care is not just about managing symptoms - it's about honouring the individual and supporting what matters most to them.

We offer palliative care units for participants as an alternative when staying at home is no longer viable, as well as in-home palliative support in collaboration with the NSW Health Palliative Care team. Our care is delivered in a homelike environment by:

  • 24/7 trained disability support staff
  • An on-call registered nurse, available to guide and support staff and families with clinical needs

We work closely with each participant's existing support network to ensure a smooth and respectful transition, maintaining continuity of care and individual preferences. Whether it's spending meaningful time with loved ones, pursuing a final goal, or simply enjoying familiar comforts, we tailor each plan to honour the participant's wishes.
